REPAIR SERVICE


We hope that you are completely satisfied with your SABOTEUR products. 

In our in-house workshop we offer the service of repair in case of damage to your product. We reserve the right to have the article checked by specialist staff and to send you a non-binding offer for the repair service. If the inspection determines that it is a warranty claim, we will treat your item accordingly as a warranty claim. 

Please note that we can only provide the repair service if the product can be brought to its original perfect condition, all necessary spare parts for the repair are available and no own repair attempts have been made on the item.

We try to take care of your request as quickly as possible. 

Defective goods can be returned directly to us for repair. Please proceed as follows:


  1. Fill in the service form and note the return reason as well as the return quantity.
  2. Place the goods to be returned as well as the service form in the package and pack it safely.

RESTORATION SERVICE FOR JEWELLERY


SABOTEUR offers the exclusive fee-based restoration service. 

We intensively clean and polish the jewellery. Restoration treatment is carried out within our in-house jewellery workshop.

We would be happy to make you a non-binding offer. 

If you would like to send goods directly to us for restoration, please proceed as follows:

  • Please note that costs for the return of the jewellery may apply in addition to the restoration costs. These may apply even if you do not opt to have restoration treatment carried out.



REVISION SERVICE FOR WATCHES


SABOTEUR offer the exclusive fee-based service of the revision for your watch. This is carried out in our in-house watch workshop.

We would be happy to make you a non-binding offer. 

Please note that the first revision after one year after purchase is free of charge for our SABOTEUR customers.

 

The revision includes:


  • Cleaning and refreshment of case and watch strap
  • Maintenance and adjustment of the automatic movement
  • Replacement of all sealing gasket-relevant parts and water resistance test

If you would like to use our revision service, please proceed as follows:

WARRANTY


Starting from the date of purchase, SABOTEUR provides a two-year warranty for jewellery and watches covering material defects and manufacturing defects.

This is subject to the condition that the consumer bought the item in the SABOTEUR online shop. The warrantor is Thomas Sabo GmbH & Co. KG, Silberstrasse 1, 91207 Lauf, Germany.

In the event of a warranty case, your SABOTEUR jewellery / your SABOTEUR watch will be repaired free of charge within this two-year period.

The warranty does not cover misuse, third-party repair, negligent use, wear and tear, damage during regular use (e.g. scratched glass/ metal /gemstones), misuse or damage (e.i. from an accident). 

To use our warranty service, you may send any defective SABOTEUR item purchased within two-year time directly to us.

Further important information:


  • If a repair is not possible or if a repair is disproportionate, we exchange the item for an equivalent one free of charge. 
  • The warranty does not cover parts subject to wear and tear, such as wristbands, leather or satin wristbands 
  • Please pay special attention to the care instructions provided by SABOTEUR for jewellery and watches, which can be found in the section on product information.
  • Regardless of the warranty provided by Thomas Sabo GmbH & Co. KG, you are entitled to the rights within the scope of the statutory warranty. These are not limited by the warranty.



NO WARRANTY IN CASE OF LOSS OR THEFT


Please note that the warranty does not apply to lost or stolen items – a refund of the purchase price cannot be granted in that case.

The warranty is also no longer valid if every part of a damaged item is missing.
