HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?


We hope that you are completely satisfied with the products you have ordered. 


However, if you wish to return one or more of the items purchased from our Online Shop, you may return them to us in their original condition only, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.


The date of receipt is the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods. If you wish to return goods to us, please proceed exclusively as follows: 


  1. Fill out the delivery/return bill included in the original order and note the reason for the return, as well as the quantity to be returned.
  2. Put the goods to be returned and the return form in the package and pack them securely. (We ask that you return the items to us complete in the original gift packaging; to protect the merchandise from damage during shipping).
  3. Drop off package at your nearest post office or with a service shipping provider of your choice. 
  4. Please return your items by registered mail to the following address:

Please note that the return processing is taking place at our headquarter in Lauf, Germany.

Once your returned items are received at the return address, they will then be forwarded to our Logistics Centre in Germany to be processed and any additional custom charges will be at SABOTEUR´s expense. This may lead to slightly longer times to fully process your refund.

Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs. We cannot issue a refund until we have received your item, so we recommend using a recorded delivery option that you can track. 

(Return costs can only be refunded if it is a case taken by the guarantee. The refund will be processed automatically, in case the shipping costs are visible on the package, if not, please send us a copy of the receipt separately by email at service@saboteur.world.


Please hold onto the shipping document for future reference.


Other important information: 


  • The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing - comparable to a fitting in a retail store. (except hygienically packed piercing jewelry) In case of deterioration of the goods due to further use, we reserve the right to claim compensation.
  • Piercing jewelry is packed in a hygienic package with seal. If this should be opened or also damaged, a return of the article is impossible.
  • Please note that a return can take a few days in the mail and our returns department also needs time to process.



HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?


We hope that you are completely satisfied with the products in your order. 

However, if a product does not meet your expectations and you want to change it to another product or size, there are the following options:


  1. Return via our SABOTEUR online shop: Due to our automatic ordering system, we are unable to exchange directly via our online shop returns process. This also applies to an exchange to a different size. Therefore, please send the corresponding product back to us and reorder the desired product.
  2. Resizing in our in-house jewelry workshop: You are welcome to enquire the possibilities of changing an item in size by contacting our Customer Service Team under service@saboteur.world. We will then be able to let you know the costs of the reworking, if a size change can be done.



HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS?


Please be aware that once your returned items are received at the return address, they will then be forwarded to our Logistics Centre in Germany to be processed and any additional custom charges will be at SABOTEUR´s expense. This may lead to slightly longer times to fully process your refund.

You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your return has reached the return department in Germany. Your return will usually be processed within 3-5 working days after the goods are received in Germany.

After receipt and inspection of the items, the payment method originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges.

Please note that the processing of complaints, repairs and restorations may take a longer time.


PayPal refunds

The refund shall be made directly to your PayPal account. You can determine whether the refunded amount should remain in your PayPal account or be returned to your bank account.


Credit and debit card refunds

Upon receipt of the returned items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the refund. Please note that in some cases the refund may only show up on the next bank statement, depending on the bank institution.



CANCELLATION POLICY


You are entitled to the following right of withdrawal:

Cancellation policy: You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The statutory revocation/return period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.


Beyond the legal withdrawal period, SABOTEUR gives you the option to return the goods up to 30 days after receipt and thus withdraw from the purchase contract.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us) by means of a clear statement about your decision to revoke this contract., for example, by letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail to:

For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Excluded from the revocation are goods made to customer specifications All jewelry made to customer specifications are intended for final sale and were produced according to the instructions of the customer. SABOTEUR shall not be liable for any errors due to an instruction or specification given by the customer.


Exceptions to returns: 


Some products cannot be returned. These include opened consumable items (e.g.: jewelry care bath or perfume), piercing jewelry items that show an opened or even damaged seal of the hygiene repackaging, as well as items specially made for you in addition, incomplete or damaged items are also non-refundable.


Consequences of the revocation


If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.


You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
