HOW DO I REDEEM MY VOUCHER CODE?

Please enter the corresponding voucher code in the shopping basket.

The voucher code must be confirmed with the ‘Redeem now’ button before you continue your order with the ‘Checkout’ button, as voucher codes cannot be refunded later once the order has been completed.

WHY CAN'T I REDEEM MY VOUCHER CODE?

If you cannot redeem a voucher, an error message will be displayed. This can have the following causes:

• The minimum order value was not reached

• Certain items are excluded from the discount

• The voucher code is no longer valid

• The voucher code has already been redeemed

• The voucher code was entered incorrectly
