This ear piercing sits on the lobe. It is usually pierced right in the middle, but also in other areas of the ear-lobe. The lobe piercing is the classic ear hole and offers a variety of options for creative body adornments. You can either wear it individually or combine multiple piercings on top of or next to each other. Depending on the position, one also speaks of a high, upper lobe piercing or under lobe piercing.

Preconditions, healing and aftercare for your lobe piercing
If you want to get a piercing, you must be 14 years or older. In this case, come in for your appointment with a parent or guardian and bring along a valid passport or identity card. If you are already 16 years old, bring along a declaration of consent from your parents as well as your identity card or passport.
Unlike the classic ear hole that is pierced with a piercing gun, a lobe piercing is pierced with a needle. This enables precise piercing and the combination of different ear holes on top of or next to each other. Therefore, you can choose to get a single lobe piercing or several high and upper lobe piercings. The ear lobe is a soft tissue that is easy to pierce. For this reason, a lobe piercing involves way less pain than other piercings. Its healing time is 4 to 6 weeks and thus significantly shorter and less uncomfortable. That is because the ear lobe heals faster than the ear cartilage like the helix tissue.

- Thoroughly wash your hands before cleaning the piercing wound or applying our After Care product.
- Apply the After Care spray on the front and back in accordance with the instructions.
- Please be careful when washing your hair. Please wipe the piercing wound dry with a cotton stick afterwards.
- Keep hairspray and other styling products away from your piercing when you style your hair.
- Be careful when slipping clothing over your head and try to not pull on your piercing.
- Sleep on a soft pillow or on a travel neck pillow in order to avoid putting any pressure on your lobe earring or stud and on your piercing.
- Practice good hygiene when it comes to devices such as smartphones or headphones that come into contact with your ear.
