Anti-tragus piercings: unique styles with unlimited possibilities

Tragus ear piercings are an incredibly appealing body adornment, since they can be seen from any angle. The position exactly opposite is similarly prominent. An anti-tragus ear piercing sits on the other side of the opening of the ear canal and is the perfect counterpart to the tragus piercing . As it sits in the cartilage fold, this ear piercing is an impressive eye-catcher – as a single piercing as well as with multiple other piercings . Whether you are looking for a simple, a highly symbolic or a sparkly anti-tragus piercing, the SABOTEUR anti-tragus piercings set no limit to your creativity. Choose your favorite premium designs in 18 karat white, yellow or rose gold in our online shop or in one of our stores. Their high-quality material stands for color fastness and durability. In addition, it is nickel free and hypoallergenic. Many anti-tragus piercing studs and rings or hoops are set with conflict-free diamonds from countries that take part in the Kimberley Process certification system. Furthermore, freshwater cultured pearls as well as emeralds, rubies, sapphires, amethysts and other natural stones embellish our designs. Express your personality and create – thanks to endless combination options – your individual look with anti-tragus piercing jewellery, helix, lobe piercings and other ear jewelry from our collection.

Anti-tragus healing and aftercare with SABOTEUR After Care

You can buy your anti-tragus piercing in one of our SABOTEUR stores – but we recommend you also get it pierced there. Our professional piercers are masters of their craft and lead you through the piercing ceremony and the aftercare process. They provide you with a set of guidelines you should follow. This ensures that your healing process goes well and that your piercing becomes a beautiful part of you.

Our piercers use a sterile needle to pierce the anti-tragus piercing. They push it through the cartilage which is thick, hard and full of nerves. The piercing process involves high pressure, which is why it can cause pain. After the piercing process, a healing time of 9 to 12 months is required. In order for this healing process to go smoothly, we provide you with the following care instructions:

  • Use our aftercare products for your wound to heal completely.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly before cleaning or caring for your wound. Do not touch the piercing when doing so.
  • Apply the aftercare product on the front and back – gently and thoroughly.
  • Please avoid using warm water when washing your hair and carefully wipe the piercing dry with a cotton stick.
  • You may discover some yellow-colored discharge around your piercing, which is normal to a certain extent. We recommend you do not remove it.
  • Please carefully style your hair and keep any hair or styling products away from your piercing.
  • Be careful when slipping clothing over your head.
  • We recommend you sleep on a soft pillow or on a travel neck pillow.

A barbell or labret are great options for a new anti-tragus piercing. The piercers in our stores are happy to advise you in order to find the right solution for you.
