The Diamond Macro Cuff is a double-ended spiked bracelet, easily slipped onto the wrist, made of 925 sterling silver. Running along the entirety of the cuff, from spike to spike, is a row of embedded white diamonds. A slight center raising forms a pyramid-like shape: the most sacred of all structures. The inside is marked with the Saboteur signet.
